Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or services. By accessing our website or engaging our services through BL3ND TELEPSYCH or BL3ND STAFFING, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About BL3ND
BL3ND is a healthcare brand offering two lines of service: BL3ND TELEPSYCH, which provides telehealth psychiatric care in New Jersey and New York, and BL3ND STAFFING, which provides per-diem and permanent healthcare staffing placements. These Terms and Conditions apply to both services unless otherwise specified.
2. Not an Emergency Service
BL3ND TELEPSYCH is NOT an emergency service. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, suicidal ideation, or are in danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
3. Eligibility
To receive services from BL3ND TELEPSYCH, you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Be physically located in New Jersey or New York at the time of your appointment
• Complete our intake process prior to your first appointment
• Have access to a device with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in advance. We request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or discharge from the practice at our discretion.
5. Payment and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept most major insurance plans for which we are credentialed. It is your responsibility to verify your coverage and benefits prior to your appointment. You are responsible for any balances not covered by your insurance.
6. Telehealth Consent
By scheduling and attending a telehealth appointment, you consent to the use of electronic communications for the delivery of healthcare services. You understand that telehealth has inherent limitations and that your provider may determine in-person care is more appropriate for your condition.
7. Controlled Substances
BL3ND TELEPSYCH does not prescribe controlled substances. If your treatment requires a controlled substance, you will be referred to an appropriate provider.
8. Staffing Services
BL3ND STAFFING facilitates per-diem and permanent placements for healthcare professionals in New Jersey and across the country. Placement terms, compensation, and obligations are governed by separate agreements between BL3ND STAFFING and the placing facility or employer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates an employment relationship between BL3ND and any staffing candidate.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the BL3ND website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of BL3ND and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BL3ND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
