  • 4. Second Interview / Role Match

    Depending on the role we conduct a second interview or department meeting to confirm the best fit for your skills and interests.

  • 5. Offer & Acceptance

    Once matched, you’ll receive a formal offer outlining compensation, responsibilities, and next steps. Upon acceptance, onboarding preparation begins.

  • 6. Credentialing & License Verification

    Our compliance team verifies licenses, credentials, and references, and completes license screenings before placement or patient care.
